The first gin from Japan's legendary Suntory - Roku Gin. This expression is made using a selection of botanicals, including six Japanese botanicals provide a whistle-stop tour of the four seasons. These include sakura leaf and sakura flower for spring, sencha tea and gyokuro tea for summer, sansho pepper for autumn and yuzu peel for winter. Traditional gin botanicals also featured include the likes of juniper, orange peel, lemon peel, coriander and cinnamon, among others.

Rocca di Montemassi is not only a winery but also a beautiful farm in a corner of Tuscany. It is an estate that truly aims to blend with the Maremma terroir by continuously embracing the regional culture. At Rocca di Montemassi we continue to breed Marremma cows, produce wheat,  spelt and olive oil – but the most exciting addition is the new Gin production! Inspired by the aura of power evoked by the bull, this gin embodies the Maremma region in the strength of its aromas and in the audaciousness of its flavours. Imperiale is in fact the name of our beloved estate bull. The 6 botanicals  (Juniper, elderberry flower, turmeric, chamomile, rosemary, bergamot) used in gin Imperiale are from local wild plants and it is these that give the gin the most authentic aroma and flavours of the terroir.

Musgrave pink Gin is born out of the flavours and history of Africa and its ancient spice route. Musgrave Premium is no ordinary gin and its top notes of aromatic Cardamom, African Ginger (Whitei Mondei) and Grains of Paradise are reminiscent of the perfume of spice markets.  

• Distilled with Musgrave's signature 11 botanicals, and features top notes of cardamom, African ginger and Grains of Paradise, softened by the addition of rosehips during the distillation process

Mermaid Gin at 42% ABV has been hand-crafted on the Isle of Wight since 2014 using ten ethically sourced botanicals. Presented in a stunning eco-friendly bottle. 

Mermaid Gin is a smooth yet complex blend of fresh organic lemon zest, the peppery notes in grains of paradise and a hint of sea air from fragrant rock samphire. Refreshing and invigorating.

It's the revival of an oldie from the Victorian era: the Old Tom Gin. During the 19th century, this sweet gin variety used to be all the rage, only to seemingly vanish off the face of the earth. A few years ago, manufacturers such as the London-based brand Hayman's rediscovered the value of Old Tom Gin and re-established the drink in their assortments. Hayman's Old Tom Gin definitely lives up to its name as it tastes wonderfully floral, fruity and pleasantly sweet. This is achieved through the use of selected ingredients like citrus fruits, berries and herbs. Its nose is rather tart and spicy with notes of coriander, ginger and juniper berries, which is a nice contrast to the classic Old Tom Gin character on the palate. At the International Spirits Competition 2011 in Germany, Hayman's Old Tom Gin was unsurprisingly able to bag a gold medal.
